Is responsible for prepping the food to the highest quality standards. Deliver product to all patrons professionally as you can. When slow, will help with daily restaurant functions.
Part-Time Postions #1: Counter Staff, Kitchen Staff
- Hourly Position.
- Average 20-40 hours per week.
- 3 month probation period.
- 6 month evaluation and pay increase up to top pay rate. Once you reach the top pay rate, increase becomes annually.
- Pay increase based on evaluation rating.
- After 1 year = 1 week vacation.
- To qualify for vacation you must average 20 hours per week for the previous 6 months.
- The vacation will be paid based on 20 hours.
Part-Time Postions #2: Counter Staff, Kitchen Staff
- Hourly Position.
- Average 20 hours a week or less.
- 3 month probation period.
- 6 month evaluation and pay increase up to top pay rate. Once you reach the top pay rate, increase becomes annually.

Full-Time Non-Management Positions: Counter Staff, Kitchen Staff
- Hourly Position.
- 40 hours per week.
- 3 month probation period.
- 6 month evaluation and pay increase up to top pay rate. Once you reach the top pay rate, increase becomes annually.
