General Manager | Assistant Manager | Shift Manager | Restaurant Personnel


The General Manager position here at Falls View Grill has been designed to be very rewarding and challenging. The General Manager has 100% control over their restaurant and is responsible for every aspect of the operation. This means that this position carries a tremendous amount of responsibility and should be treated as such. In order to build a business that stands above all else we must maintain the highest level of teamwork and that begins with the General Manager.

The Assistant Manager position is also a very rewarding and challenging job. Your main goal will be focusing on promotion to a General Manger position, which is where the best pay and benefits are.

The Shift Manager position is the perfect place to start if you are looking for a career with Falls View Grill. This is the training ground for our Managers. We expect a lot from our management team, and here you will get the training you need to be successful with the company.

  • 6 month Evaluation.

  • After 1 year = 1 week vacation.
  • 1 week vacation time pay = 20 hours.

Is responsible for prepping the food to the highest quality standards. Deliver product to all patrons professionally as you can. When slow, will help with daily restaurant functions.

Part-Time Postions #1:
Counter Staff, Kitchen Staff
  • Hourly Position.
  • Average 20-40 hours per week.
  • 3 month probation period.
  • 6 month evaluation and pay increase up to top pay rate. Once you reach the top pay rate, increase becomes annually.
  • Pay increase based on evaluation rating.
  • After 1 year = 1 week vacation.
  • To qualify for vacation you must average 20 hours per week for the previous 6 months.
  • The vacation will be paid based on 20 hours.

Part-Time Postions #2:
Counter Staff, Kitchen Staff
  • Hourly Position.
  • Average 20 hours a week or less.
  • 3 month probation period.
  • 6 month evaluation and pay increase up to top pay rate. Once you reach the top pay rate, increase becomes annually.
  • Pay increase based on evaluation rating.

Full-Time Non-Management Positions:
Counter Staff, Kitchen Staff
  • Hourly Position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • 3 month probation period.
  • 6 month evaluation and pay increase up to top pay rate. Once you reach the top pay rate, increase becomes annually.
